Bosco was hired by Troon Management to provide a food and beverage strategy and vision document .
The aim of the work was to feed into the Club Master Plan with a considered food and beverage strategy, spatial recommendations, position, develop and lead the team rationale and suggested operating approach.
The research was underpinned by detailed research into the available opportunity, competitive review market size estimations and food and beverage revenue forecasting.
Further evaluation of the current operating model was provided with a constructive review of the Club’s three existing food and beverage outlets, with practical advice given to assist them to maximise their food and beverage revenue, repeat visitation and reputation.
