Bosco was appointed to deliver three core stages of food & Beverage Master planning for Dreamland Golf Hotel development in Baku Azerbaijan. Dreamland Golf Hotel along with adjoining apartment towers are set to become ‘THE’ declinational address in Baku for luxury, dining and hospitality.
Bosco objectives were to masterplan for the food and beverage provision of the hotel, balancing the provision of a suitable amenity for Dreamland Golf Hotel guests as well as complementing the growth of Dreamland as a dining destination within the Baku market.
Due to proximity to established high end food & beverage provisions, a comprehensive strategy was needed to ascertain clear differentiation for the site to ensure commercial viability in this highly competitive and robust food & beverage landscape.
