As part of Food & Beverage Master planning for Dreamland Golf Hotel development in Baku Azerbaijan Bosco was appointed to deliver the planning of the wedding hall Bar and lounge.
Bosco objectives were to masterplan for the food and beverage provision of the Wedding hall, balancing the provision of a suitable amenity for wedding guests as well as complementing the venue. Due to proximity to established high end food & beverage provisions, a comprehensive strategy was needed to ascertain clear differentiation for the site to ensure commercial viability in this highly competitive and robust food & beverage landscape.
