Further evaluation of the current operating model was provided with a constructive review of the Club’s three existing food and beverage outlets, with practical advice given to the team to maximise their food and beverage revenue, repeat visitation and reputation.

which allows guests to cook their own food, whether it’s 14oz t-bone steaks or succulent 8oz sirloin steaks, at their own table just the way they like it, sealing in the delicious flavours of the food on a piping hot slab of granite.
